Measure and monitor the temperature in your sauna with an in-sauna thermometer.

Note: installation location will greatly impact results. We recommend installing at least three feet away from the heater and door when possible, and roughly one foot down from the ceiling. The temperature shown on a wall thermometer is will typically be less than what is shown on the digital sauna control because the control displays the absolute hottest point in the sauna while the wall thermometer shows more of an average temperature in the bathing zone.
