How it works

To custom design an indoor or outdoor sauna, work with a Helo dealer. They help you navigate the process from beginning to end. Starting with design, they will walk with your through all the decisions, measurements, and plans. From there, the dealer will submit the sauna order to Helo for manufacturing. If needed, they can also help coordinate additional vendors needed for construction, electrical, and more. 

We ship the custom-cut components and all additional sauna elements to your dealer, who from there coordinates and supports the construction of your custom sauna with you. Expect clear communication, expert support, a seamless process, and satisfactory experience from start to finish.

What you'll receive

A custom sauna is installed on your framed and insulated walls, so there are a few elements you'll contribute, and here's what we contribute, in order of installation:

  1. Foil vapor barrier 
  2. Cut-to-length tongue-and-groove panels for interior walls and ceiling + trim (Clear Western Red Cedar or Canadian Hemlock)
  3. Pre-assembled benches, backrests, and walk area duckboard; upper bench skirts can be added
  4. In-backrest RGBW (color) LED light strips
  5. Pre-hung, all-glass door (other options available), and windows
  6. Electric heater, SaunaLogic2® control, rocks, and heater guard
  7. Vent grills, sliding vent valve, and necessary hardware
  8. Bucket and ladle
  9. Optional upgrade: Audio system or soundbar
